   1. Burden ball will be pushed through to a vote.

2. Savage’s Offer:

1. Due to university licensing issues, Savage would like us to move forward forgoing university names, acronyms, mascots, and logos.
   1. They would like us to move forward with names such as “Chicago Dentists” for DePaul Dodgeball Society (DDS), or “Columbus Chickens” for OSU.
      1. The executive board voted against this.
   2. The cost per event shirt may not be as low as what we received for Nationals 2016.
      1. Savage is preparing a proposal for us now.
      2. If we cannot get the shirts under $X/event shirt, we should not move forward.

3. Nationals 2017 Bid:

1. UK – Bid information in NCDA Captain’s Club
2. BW – Bid information in NCDA Captain’s Club
3. JMU – Bid information in NCDA Captain’s Club
4. VCU – Bid information in NCDA Captain’s Club
   1. In partnership with Savage and Richmond City Tourism Department
      1. Executive Board voted in favor of allowing this bid.
5. CMU – Pulled their bid out.
6. Vote will be posted tomorrow, May 2nd.
