NCDA Executive Board 2025-2026
League President
Dylan Greer
Dylan joined the NCDA in 2015 as a member of The Ohio State Dodgeball Syndicate, where he served as Treasurer, President, and Captain. Dylan is a 2x All-American and 2022 Ohio Region MVP. Dylan first served as Director of Nationals in 2019 before being elected as President in 2022. In his role as President, Dylan hopes to share his passion for the sport of dodgeball with the world, as he strives to accelerate the organization’s growth of membership, viewership, and public relations.
League Treasurer
Erik Zander
A former player and President of the University Wisconsin-Platteville Dodgeball Club. Erik was been a part of the team for many years and is currently their coach. He is well-known throughout the organization and is always looking to improve the league. He helped to start the NCDA’s first internship program and provides coverage of the Central Region.
Director of Officiating
Dylan Fettig
As Director, Dylan updates the rulebook with new rules and works to ensure the league Rulebook is free of inconsistencies and issues.
Director of Marketing
Kevin Bailey [Showcase]
As Director of Marketing, Kevin looks to expand the media coverage of the NCDA across various channels including social media, web content, and live broadcasts. He is working to improve the league’s image and overall professionalism to help attract future partners/sponsors. He is also working to improve the expansion and retention of the NCDA to set the league up for long-term success.
Director of Public Relations
Colby Briceland
Colby joined the NCDA in the spring of 2015 as a member of the Akron Zips. He was made Captain and President of the club in the Fall of 2015 until the Spring of 2019. During his tenure at Akron, he was a 3x all-Ohio player and led the Zips to Victory at the 2016 Ohio Dodgeball Cup. He joined the content team in 2017 as one of the premier content creators for the Ohio region. Colby was elected to the Executive Board in the fall of 2019 as the Director of Officiating and served in that position until being elected as the Director of Public Relations in 2022. While serving in this role, Colby hopes to bring league sponsors and revenue in order to produce a more quality product for the players and fans of the NCDA, as well as bring new fans to our great sport.
Director of Female Engagement
Alexis Shultz
Alexis joined the NCDA in the fall of 2021 and currently plays for the University of Akron. She has served as the vice president and website manager for the open team and is a 3-year captain. She is a 4x Women’s All-American, and 3x National Women’s Player of the year. She founded the Akron Women’s Dodgeball Club in 2023 and helped lead them to back-to-back national championships in 2024 and 2025. She also currently serves as both captain and president of Akron Women’s Dodgeball Club. In her role, Alexis strives to grow both women’s participation and recognition, and to set the standard for the future of women in dodgeball.
Director of Records
Ryan Ginsberg
Ryan joined the NCDA in 2019 as a member of The Ohio State Dodgeball Syndicate, where he served as Treasurer, President, and Captain. During his tenure, Ryan was a 2x All-Ohio player and 1x All-American. As Director of Records, Ryan hopes to expand recordkeeping across the league and expand knowledge of league records.
Director of Human Resources
Kris Haas
Kris joined the NCDA in fall of 2018 for Cleveland State Vikings where they played and coached for a time. Kris is one of the main photographers of the league and was previously the content manager as well as assisted with struggling schools in the Ohio, Michigan, and central regions. Kris’ goal is to help really solidify our content branding as well as make sure staff and players feel heard to foster their love for dodgeball.
Director of Process Improvement
Ethan Lehmkuhl
Ethan graduated from Ohio State University in 2024. He played 3 years of NCDA dodgeball where he served as captain and president of Ohio State’s Club. With a focus on content creation, Ethan will oversee the timely release of scheduling, results, and other miscellaneous content for the NCDA social media pages.
