Additional dues paying teams 2014- RIT, Penn St, North Texas, VCU
Additional dues paying teams 2015 – Davenport, Saint Ambrose, Siena Heights
Expenses for the rest of the year- $60 website domain fee, $400 application for Nonprofit

Need to create NCDA W9 form
2. Ongoing Projects
League Rankings – RPI
Officiating app – Slow moving, just started back up
Pool Play Generator- Estimated 13-15 hours, set up nationals pools based on frequency of play
3. Alumni Relations
Group of alumni who want to do paperwork. Allow them to write policy/rules to be voted on by executive board or captains.
4. Rulebook Status
Finish off voting on rules. Print out copies of rulebook for teams that have been requesting.
5. Officials
Plan for certification for dodgeball officials.
6. National Tournament
Months ahead of timeline.
5 courts reserved, working on 6.
Hoping for 20-22 teams to show up.
2 sponsors, $500 discount on shirts.
McDonalds and Walmart looking to sponsor.
Shirt company needs at least 4 sponsors to do the design.
7. Sponsors
Contact champion sports to sponsor dodgeballs.
Possibly tape company as well.
8. Constitution
Descriptions of executive board positions need to be finalized.
