Ladies and Gentlemen,
The NCDA Constitution, Bylaws, and Policies defines our brand of dodgeball. Each Member has the opportunity to voice their opinion about these documents and issues. Hopefully we can get all 24 full Member Teams to provide their input on this.
Here, you will find a document comprising of all of the NCDA Policies, as well as the Constitution and Bylaws. Each document within this attachment is separated by a blank page. Please review the document in its entirety.
We are not asking for each point and sub-point to be analyzed and broken down. We are asking for your feedback though. If you see something in the documents that you do not agree with, or would like to see something added, please let us know. This is a first [public] draft of these documents and the NCDA Executive Board would like to know that all Member Teams agree with the foundation for which our organization is built upon.
Please send any feedback regarding these documents to ncdadodgeball@gmail.com with the subject line as: “Feedback”. Any feedback must be submitted no later than August 10, 2015 at 11:59PM Eastern in order to give the NCDA Executive Board adequate time to make changes for the September 1, 2015 publication of these documents. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask!
It is important every Member Team voices their opinions on the changes that effect this organization. It is advised that you relay this information to your Team as well to see what their opinions are.
