Josh Zauche is our Rookie of the Year for the past dodgeball season. Josh is a good defensive player that just makes plays. Josh made multiple incredible catches over the season. Josh was an all-around defensive force on the court. Josh\u2019s play put him as a middle tier player during his first season and he is a budding star that could be a dominant force in the future. \u00a0He balled out during the first day of nationals making diving catches. Josh is one of the main reasons why UWP had an incredible first day at nationals. He has a developing arm that will make him a force to be reckoned with in the upcoming years. Here are Josh\u2019s thoughts on winning this award. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Q: How does it feel to win this award?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A: It feels\ngood there was a lot of competition for this award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Q: What are you looking forward to for the team next year?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A: I’m\nexcited to see how the team takes how well we played at nationals to the next\nlevel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Q: What is your dream car, hobby or ect.? <\/p>\n\n\n\n
A: My dream\njob is designing kitchen appliances. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Q: What is your favorite memory and part of dodgeball?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A: My favorite\nmemory is when Jared and I one v one’d each other and he caught the ball with\nhis gonads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Q: What is your favorite\ncollege memory so far? <\/p>\n\n\n\n
A: The night\nbefore our Nebraska Tournament was a blast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Q: If you could change your name to anything, what would it\nbe?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A: I most\nlikely would not change my name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Q: If you could go anywhere in the world where would it be\nand why?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A: I would go\nto Australia to experience the difference in environment and culture with the\ncomfort of English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
