Ian Childs is entering his sixth year on the team, having been a Captain for three previous seasons. He has a great arm, fantastic blocking techniques, and is one of the vocal leaders of the squad.<\/p>\n

-2011 All Star -Former NCDA Baller of the Month<\/p>\n -Former Midwest Dodgeball Player of the Week<\/p>\n -NCDA Chief of Content, Average Joes’ Podcast Co-Host<\/p>\n -2013 All Star Captain<\/p>\n -2013 All NCDA First Team<\/p>\n Sam Hiller is entering his third season as being one of the Captains of the team, including his second as Head Captain. He\u2019s one of the best catchers on the team, is a hard out at the end of games, and is a leader.<\/p>\n TIM BURKEY #7<\/p>\n -5th Season with the Team Tim is a great blocker, and a dedicated dodgeballer. He\u2019s at almost every practice, and is a selfless player, willing to block for any of his teammates and put himself in harm\u2019s way for their sake.<\/p>\n ANDREW KOCZARA #24<\/p>\n -2012 All Star Andrew is the quiet but deadly type. He has the best arm on the team, clocked in around 70 mph, and he can also catch well. He is a former Assistant Captain, but now will allow others to take the responsibility.<\/p>\n THOMAS REX #10<\/p>\n -5th Season with the Team Thomas is a great catcher, and a good ball getter. He\u2019s fearless in between the neutral zone lines and can really change a game for the Spartans.<\/p>\n ZACH BAUER #17<\/p>\n -Assistant Captain -2013 All Star<\/p>\n Zach is one of the fiercest Spartans on the team, and he plays with an intensity few can match. He is entering his first season as an Assistant Captain, but was previously the Vice President. Known as a guy with a great arm, he always wants to get the last guy out.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n KEVIN MILLER #46<\/p>\n -2011 and 2013 All Star -2013 All NCDA Second Team<\/p>\n Kevin has taken many different roles for the Spartans, from pure catcher to all around player, and from President to Assistant Captain. His growth as a player has helped the Spartans tremendously, and they\u2019ll look towards him to help them win a title in the 2012-2013 season.<\/p>\n ALEX ACTON #72<\/p>\n -2011, 2012, and 2013\u00a0 All Star -2013 All NCDA Second Team<\/p>\n Alex has probably improved his game more than any player on the team. Originally just a guy who could throw a weak cross, Alex has now become one of the best all around players in the league, and has been named an All Star twice.<\/p>\n NICOLE HALBEISEN #2<\/p>\n -Secretary Nicole is one of the most dedicated players on the team. She rarely misses practices, and she has turned into one of the stealthiest players on the MSU Club Dodgeball team, and one of the most fearless players in the league.<\/p>\n OLIVIA GHISLAIN #30<\/p>\n -4th Season with the Team Olivia has turned into a great catcher for the MSU Club Dodgeball Team. She\u2019s never afraid of the ball, and is one of the most clutch catchers on the team. She\u2019s also a hard out, and is usually one of the last players in.<\/p>\n WILL HACK #42<\/p>\n -4th Season with the Team Will is a great asset to the Spartans, with his catching ability and his fearless play. He\u2019s also one of the most experienced players, and has been in many of the fiercest battles for Michigan State over his four years with the team.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n ERIC PAUL #9<\/p>\n -2011, 2012, and 2013 All Star Eric is the best all around player on the Spartans. He was named an All Star twice, was named to the All Nationals team in 2012, and can do everything on the court. He\u2019s got a great arm, good catching abilities, and can block anything that comes his way.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n ERIN TREANORE #23<\/p>\n -4th Season with the Team Erin has been with the team for four years now, and she\u2019s a great person to have around. She helps make practices better, and is one of the friendlier players on the team. Erin can also get a clutch hit or catch when she needs to.<\/p>\n JAKE BILLHORN #88<\/p>\n -3rd Season with the Team Jake has made it to many tournaments for the Spartans, and his energy and enthusiasm help motivate the team. He can also get some catches, and is one of the more dedicated players to the team.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n CHRIS KRAMER #21<\/p>\n -3rd Season with the Team Chris is one of the best all around players on the squad. He\u2019s got a dynamic arm, can make some great catches, and has been a varsity mainstay since the beginning. He\u2019s also a great player towards the end of points, and doesn\u2019t feel pressure in those situations.<\/p>\n KYLE TOTZKE #43<\/p>\n Kyle has a great arm, and a great enthusiasm for the game. He loves going for head shots, and is also helps keeps the team loose with his humor and his pranks.
